[amibroker] Updated PDF manual for 4.60 - when?

Thanks for the 4.60 upgrade Tomasz - excellent stuff :)

The downloads section of the website however still shows the PDF file for the manual as being for 4.50 - I thought I saw in an earlier post that the new version would be available soon.

Any ideas when?  I already have the previous version (a lot of which refers to even earlier versions of AmiBroker) but would like the new version when it becomes available.
