[amibroker] 3D optimization graph water level numeric display

I thought I remembered Tomasz saying that the water level on 3D optimization
graphs was going to be displayed numerically, and maybe settable numerically
also, maybe in the Properties dialog. I don't see either of those features
in O3G 1.1 the version that comes with AB 4.6.

Are they right in front of me, and I'm not seeing them? Do I misremember
what Tomasz said? Or are these features just not there yet?
