Hello,
Yes it is 'concealed' for a very good reason.
This is so because in the past, when it was clearly visible for everyone,
people starting to ask questions on those pages, while the purpose
of the comment field was to add additional explanation, not questions.
These pages are basis of creating official help and I can not afford to have mess there.
It was even worse because there was no notification mechanism and when
I came back generating help pages I ended up with hundreds of questions and
incorrect responses that I need to remove/fix manually.
