Probably because it's very well concealed. If you access any function's entry
by way of any of
1. The "See updated/extended version on-line" link in the help pages
2. A-Z index
3. Category index
4. The search results page
5. The 'Go' button next to the entry field on the function's page
you end up at http://www.amibroker.com/guide/afl/afl_view.php?name=.....
which does NOT have any facility to add comments.
You have to manually change 'afl_view' in the URL into 'view' to get access to
the comment facility. If there is another way to do it, do tell.
