ok, I cant use tick data in standard version. I see it is able to be used in
the RT version?
Can I download a trial version of the RT version even though I am paid up
for the standard version?

Hello,
You have to have 1-minute data (or higher) and of course
you should switch to View->Intraday->1 minute to view
1-minute charts.
