I don't thik IB offers pit traded quote stream, afaik. You may have to spend
the bucks with eSignal or other data vendors or directly from CME for about
$50 a month. ($30 for quotes only).
Or you can try http://www.realtimefutures.com/squawkbox.htm for $125/month,
if you want to be in tune with the trading pits at the CME... :-)
