[amibroker] automatically loading in forex data

Hello

I'm trying to find a way to get Amibroker to automatically load in 
it's forex data.

I'm currently using the latest version of Amiquote which downloads 
forex data but the 'run every # min' box is greyed out. Is there 
another way to force amiquote to download it's forex data?

Alternatively, is anyone aware of another forex source that will feed 
into amibroker automatically. I'm not looking for real time data, 
delayed upto an hour is fine with me.
