[amibroker] Help a new use please?

I am evaluating Amibroker (unregistered) and cannot install the
Interactive Brokers (IB) data source plugin.  Per the website and an
email response, I have

1 d/l'ed the IB dll to the plugin subdir
2 rebooted after installing latest TWS release (build 827.2)
3 Started TWS and enabled ActiveX clients
3 Running AmiBroker, created a new IB database directory
4 Restarted everything several times, just in case

However, in database settings there is still no entry for a IB Data
Plugin in the Data Source drop down box
