[amibroker] Bar Hole Patcher

Bar Hole Patcher V0.03 adds new enhancements: It actualy works now!!

All parts appear to work correctly now.
	MTD is very slow (Both AFL and JScript parts!) - Though it does work ok.

If you decide to patch dataholes, Be sure to thoroughly inspect all data 
before re-importing. Use at your own risk, Yada Da Yada Yada Yada.......
