For an uptrend AB the time segment is tAB.
After the peak B, for any point C the time segment is tBC .
C is "important" when
tBC=f*tAB
where f are the r a t i o s 0.382, 0.5, 0.618 etc
These ratios are the same for Fib or Lucas sequences.
