Should be http://www.amibroker.com/guide/h_watchlist.html
anyway it is just User's Guide. You don't need to lookup the web page - it is all on your computer.
Press F1 in AmiBroker and go to TUTORIAL-> WORKING WITH WATCH LISTS.
