Hello,
It does NOT happen if you use normal MINIMIZE button (or Window->Minimize button).
It may happen if you just RESIZE the window MANUALLY because toolbars
positions are readjusted to fit in smaller space - this is normal behaviour
that is typical to all applications written using C++ and Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC) library.
So it is DEFINITELY NOT a bug.
