[amibroker] Lag Reduced Moving Average help!

Hi Guys can someone please convert this Metastock Lag Reduced Moving 
Average into AB code for dumb ol'me? I'm struggling to convert it.

Mov(CLOSE,3,E)+Mov((CLOSE-Mov(CLOSE,3,E)),3,E);
