[amibroker] Formula question and Weinstein stages

Hello -

i am trying to write a simple formula for the following, find all 
stocks with the following :

1. Price has closed above a rising 50 DAY EMA on a WEEKLY CHART.

2. Price has closed above a rising 30 WEEK EMA on WEEKLY CHART.

Not sure how to incorporate both a weekld and daily in a scan ?

Any help very appreciated ?

Has anyone written a code for the Weinstein Stages at all ?
