grmulhall, I and some other Amerbrokerians have 
experienced the same almost total lack of support from CSI. Chuck 
Rademacher has been using them for years, and he gets attention when he contacts 
them.  From your experience, It sounds as if they have still not yet been 
able to get their act together in the area of support.  Ron D

  Geoff,Chuck is by far the AB board authority on CSI, 
  butFWIW I've read that they are adding industry groupfunctionality to 
  UA in the next beta release.BTW, do not upgrade to the latest beta if
