seeing. Based on what I've read you'll never see 100% due to the way
that Intel did hypertheading. Too complicated for me to understand what's
going on but you need to do some googling about it.

THAT could be the reason !My PC has two CPUSs (at least
virtual) - it´s the IntelH_yperT_hreading Technology to serve multitasking
usageand AB seems not to be able to use the reserve of the "second"
