[amibroker] How to set TC2000 as 'Data Source'

I'm trying to configure TC_2000,  I thought I should see the TC2000 as the Data
Source per the info ===> http://www.amibroker.com/guide/h_extsources.html

However, I don't see it. (Attaching a snap-shot of what I see.) Any inputs about
what's happening here ?  Why can't I see what's shown in the document ?

And most important, how to set TC2000 as external data source ?
