I use esignal every day and have not been troubled by delay BTW I trade fast
stocks like CSCO, ORCL etc

I have compared eSignal vs IB and eSignal delay is less than 0.5 seconds for
US stock markets.
(Note that I am based in Poland and IB has servers also in Switzerland,
while eSignal has servers in US,
so your mileage may vary)
