Ara,
I know that very well. The point is that if you open an overseas account you
have to open a specific account with the tax authorities. At present if
trading through a bank, which is possible here, they automatically deduce
tax per round turn. However there is some shuffling regarding the tax laws
and this may change which will make it easier/cheaper to trade.
