i d/l from the library, and installed it. i have not used this before, but
i have seen it in postings on the Inspire_Software group. I used KO as an
example and it showed the pattern terminating on 3/27/04. i kept deleting
the days until it reached 3/26, and the lines disappeared. also, fwiw, ACLS
has 6 different ending points pattern in Feb 04. i'm not being picky
here--please don't misunderstand--you mentioned it was a work in progress.
I know i need to go read about this indicator, and you provided a site in
your first post, but how would you use this, because the pattern is drawn
after the fact. You would never know a butterfly was forming, until after
it formed, in the case of KO, it kept climbing to 51.24... i guess being a
day late is no big deal--it would just be nice to see the potential for the
termination of the pattern---before it happens....
Attached is a .jpg from an Inspire plot. i shows the projected pattern out
a few days. I know AB won't draw lines that far past the last day, but even
5 or 6 days would be a help. i have no idea how to do that though. at any
rate--thanks for sharing.
