[amibroker] Sample DB & Dividend History Indicator.

General notice:
I have just cobbled together a sample ASX database with 6 months of data
(1/10/03 to 31/03/04).
  This is primaraly for Trial or First time users.
    (Though more experienced users may wish to take a look
at the Dividend History Indicator)
 
As mentioned, Is included a "DividendHistory" indicator. Which
- As you'd guess -
Displays Various dividend history dates.
