Thanks very much for the idea John, I will try 
that. Meanwhile, I have made a black and white copy of my AFL and created 
an Excel template of colored columns, so I just copy the b&w results to the 
colored template. Works very well so far  : - )

  I think you are referring to a problem that can 
  be solved by using the AA Export button rather than Right-Click 
  Copy.
   
  if that is not your problem, you might want to 
  post a screen shot

    Hi,
     
    I am trying AA with colored background on the 
    results list for the 1st time. Now when I try to copy the list and paste 
    into Excel, it doesnt work correctly. I am guessing that the color info is 
    being copied along with the numbers?  Anyone have a fix for this?
