Tools -> Select Tool tip and set the dueation you want it to show (Data tip
auto hide).

is a little different than MS however you can display any value in the data
Tip window by adding indicators that do not show (use the NoLine|NoLabel option,
see Plot()). You can also use the View -> Interpretation window to display
extensive information.
