No, not at all. You tend to have the screens
further away from you and they are not so densely loaded as when you have a
single screen. Usually you can see 3 17" easily because you are trading
them, the main screen being in the centre of the three. The fourth screen
is tucked away and you look at it only when doing emails etc
anyway.
...but pivoting eyes are useful.
