that discusses this. Specifically there are instructions how to use NinjaTrader with Amibroker.

This is currently at the design stage so I don't have exact details for you
but our goal is to allow "manual", "semi-automated" (your code generates signals - AB displays confirmation
dialog and then order is passed to the broker) as well as fully automated order placing.
This will however be implemented in stages so you will see it evolving over certain amount of
time / certain number of versions (not all features will be available at the same time)
