Thank you....that corrects the title output...but
it only stays visible on the day of the cross....how would I correct it so the
output stays visible during the life after the cross until it crosses in the
opposite direction..?

As written in the Users Guide if-else statement needs ONE
BOOLEAN value (not array).
Therefore to make your code working you would need to use
SelectedValue function
