Hello,
1. Only NON-EMPTY Watch list (and other categories) appear under workspace tree.
You have to assign at least one symbol to the category and then it will show up.
2. You can assign symbol to category only using
a) Symbol->information window
b) Symbol->Watch list menu functions
c) Symbol->Organize assignments
d) AFL Category functions
