I was contacted by my local Kinkos in regards to my order. They
quoted me $350 for full color. I had to pass. The black and white
price for the 523 pages is $34. I told them that was acceptable.
Binding will be $5 I pick up the black and white user's manual
tomorrow. This will include a clear vinyl cover and a black vinyl
back cover.
