Yes using Plotshapes
Here is an example, plus there are more shapes to use

PlotShapes( shapeUpArrow*Buy, colorSeaGreen, 0, L, -10 );
PlotShapes( shapeDownArrow*Sell, colorOrange, 0, H, -10 );

I would like to put arrows on some of my custom indicators. Many 
times when looking at the chart you dont notice the indicator change 
unless you are really paying attention. Is it possible to create 
colored arrows in indcators like one gets with perfoming 
exlporations?
