Yahoo has "invented" recently something that they call "SpamGuard"

Unfortunatelly this service does not function properly and perfectly valid
messages are marked as "spam" since yesterday AFAIK.
Fortunatelly, I was able to turn this OFF so starting from now
there should be no "[spam]" header added.
Also for your information, Yahoo added a 'global' filter (that can not be
turned off) that automatically rejects all e-mails with the following
subject lines:
a.. test
b.. hi
c.. hello
d.. Mail Delivery System
e.. Mail Transaction Failed
f.. Server Report
g.. Status
h.. Error
