Most of what you are asking is answered on the amibroker website, or withing
the program itself (help) You can download the latest release as a trial
version.
1. You get 5 major releases
2. Trendlines and most other lines can be drawn
3. I use the basic version which meets my requirements fully. See the
website for explanation of the differences between basic and professional
versions.

5. Yes
6. I use quotetracker plugin for intraday data. But there are other sources
explained on the website and in AB
7. AB does not supply the data, just the platform to view it on charts,
backtesting etc
9. There is no comparison in service between AB and other charting programs

I don't have Amibroker as yet, but interested. I'm retired
and as income is limited, I'd like to determine if Amibroker is a

8 - Have you ever used another service? How does Ami compare?
