Have a
look at "spybot" (You get the full version and only have to pay only if you
like it) to find ad ware related system changes. Read the warnings very
varefully before using it, you may have to reinstall some program for which you
may want to tolerate syware code...

ran this program on some of my computers it found "hundreds" of adware routines
and system changes, I was stunned by how much this is going
on.
