Steve,
I first want to point out that I am trying not to favour any
vendor.
I have built AmiBroker to be data-vendor-independent.
This was my major goal that I wanted to
achieve and I think I succeded.
By my participation in this thread I wanted to point out
multiple choices
and the need to make up someones mind on his/her
own.
I belive that there is no 'perfect' data vendor. Some are
better than others
but each has its own issues. So I liked to express my opinion
that
everyone should weight pros and cons by himself/herself
depending on
his/her own requirements. Most date vendors offer free
trials.
I strongly suggest to use free trial to check how it fits
your needs.
