don't get this. If a stock doesn't trade for a bar, there's some justification
for saying its price is the price of the last trade, though I could also see
ignoring that bar completely. But how does the price of a stock change if it's
neither bought nor sold? How is price determined in that case? Neither bid or
ask is actually price if nobody trades.
