NASDAQ lists (attached)
I have taken the trouble to update my
historical NASDAQ 100 lists with the latest symbols. I have
attached the lists as at January 1 for each year between 1995 and
2003. Please note:
1. Symbols are all current as of
today.
2. You will see symbols like AM,
BMC, IT, MU, etc. in the lists. These are stocks that were NASDAQ
stocks at the time they were in the NASDAQ 100 but are now NYSE
stocks.
3. You will see symbols like ~ASAI,
~BOSTE, ~HBOC, ~PAGE, etc. Symbols prefixed by the "~"
are de-listed stocks.
4. The list for 2003, like all of
the other lists, is at January 1 and is NOT current.
If anyone needs the data for de-listed
stocks, please email me direct at chuck_rademacher@xxxxxxxxxx
. I will not be posting or archiving the data, but I'm happy to
send zipped ASCII files to you privately.
If you don't receive emails from this
group (I can't imagine why), email me direct and I will send you the lists
privately. I will not be archiving the lists.
If you have a serious need for more
frequent lists, I can supply those as well.
Six-monthly? Quarterly? But please think about
how you would use them before cluttering you hard disk with such information.
