[amibroker] order of tweaking system components

Hello all,
 
If I wanted to tweak 2 components that are already part of my system, 
in which order would you recommend I do that ?
 
The first component is a market timing component and the second is a 
ranking component.  Both components are totally "independent" of each 
other.
