Hello,
BEFORE alphabetical order PositionSize matters. If scores are
equal then higher PositionSize is preferred and _then_
alphabetical.

Alphabetical order. Assuming you haven't hit your max open
positions, and still have cash available based on your positionsize then it
could take both positions.
