I also
bought a 120 gig. I plugged it into my wife's computer for her to backup her
photos on. Over our network, I use it to backup my hard drives using Norton
Ghost. It is amazing how cheap they have become.

  Hello,
Simpler solution would be to  buy an
external USB drive, I bought a WD 120 gig drive at CompUSA for about
$150.  Plugged it into my laptop running XP Pro and it was recognized
right away, it is already formatted so I could immediately start archiving
  data to it.
