[amibroker] Warning: MacroMagic program is incompatible with AmIBroker and other programs

Hello,

Two users reported problems with MacroMagic causing AmiBroker to crash
so I am sending formal warning here.

Macro Magic uses improper hooks to the system (among others to file open dialogs)
and causes many applications to crash. Uninstall MacroMagic and problem will be solved.
