I had the same problem for the last few days - it has taken a few retries to
get ^DJI data. Yesterday, ^IXIC was worse, it seemed to take at least 15
retries before I got data.
Retries were about 5-10 minutes apart - I only request data for tickers
missing data, which is about 100-200 after going through the import across
all tickers.
For problem tickers like ^DJI and ^IXIC, I have a greater chance of getting
data if I do not go through a proxy.
