Sorry for the "off topic" but hopefully someone will have an
answer. When browsing the web or downloading data the download speed drops
drastically and then stops. I use the sprint pcs system via cell
phone. Are there any cache or memory allotment changes that will
help? (1.5 gig ram, 40 gig hard drive, amd athalon 1.800+) (web page
history etc. cleaned regularly).
