What happens when 'SetForeign' function is called with a ticker that
does not exist ?
For example, what's returned by the call below ?
SetForeign("No_Such_Ticker", True, True );
Where "No_Such_Ticker" does not exist of course.
Also, what happens to the calls made
to 'RestorePriceArrays', 'Name', 'FullName', and 'GetExtraData'
*after* a call is first made to 'SetForeign' where the ticker given
as parameter does not exist ?
