With AB running, I used AQ to download in the last 15 minutes.
AQ was set to Yahoo Historical, Automatic Import checked.
^IXIC was not present in my database. I then downloaded from
1/1/03 to 11/7/03 and it worked.
I then downloaded from 1/1/02 to 12/31/02 and it again
worked.
Works fine here. Sorry I can't be of more help.
