Don't know if this will work or not, and without resorting to loops which
would prob be easier or work better
Xyz = ref( valuewhen(Cross(C,Ref(HHV(H,250),-1)) , C , 0 ), -250 );

signals closes that make new yearly highs, but I only want the first yearly
high in the previous 250 bar period. Could someone help please? Regards
