One thing would be to 
either delete non traded issues, or move them to a separate group or watchlist 
and use the AA filter to exclude
 
Another would be to use the 
zero volumes, or last day traded
and example 
is
 
ExcludeCond = 
Valuewhen(V>0,datenum()) > 1030601;
