Interesting how English, or Latin via the French Normans, has invaded
even non Romance languages like Polish. Obvious cognate there is
"obligacje", which would be "obligation" in English. (a bond is a

Is 'cje' an inflection in Polish that changes verbs to nouns, like
'tion' can do in English?
