Hi D,
Once your AB database is created, it will only update those symbols from
then on. To get new symbols from TC2K into your AB database, go to Files >
Database Settings > Configure > Retrieve and it will import any new symbols
from TC2K. I do this once a week to keep my AB database up to date (only
takes a few seconds).
To create the entire DB from scratch, first make another DB the default DB,
then close AB and delete the DB using Windows Explorer. Then you can
recreate it brand new.
