Unfortunatelly, in order to work every combination needs 
to be programmed,
and most are, but not all, sometimes because they do not make 
sense (like styleBar + styleCandle )
sometimes because given style had special purpose (like 
stylestaircase that was implemented
solely for Gann swing chart:

  commands are independent.  For example, stylehistogram|stylethick works 
  OK, but stylestaircase|stylethick does not, canceling the staircase command
