It's sending the barindex to the dll, so setting the "range to"
section to 12/31/1999 returned 1482 from a stock that contains 2413
quotes.
12/31/2000 returned nothing. 12/31/2002 returned 2234.
I may be able to solve the problem by just using Status
("rangetodate") and a little conversion routine.
