[amibroker] TimeFrameSet

I noticed this recent post and tried to implement the code that 
stephane suggested. It didn't work because I don't have the 
TimeFrameSet function. Where does one get this set of timeframe 
functions? I'm using AB 4.40.4 which I think is the latest version.
